My introduction into aesthetics was in 2013, with my first injection of Xeomin – a neuromodulator like Botox. I absolutely loved the results and when I graduated medical school in 2014 I started to provide these services. I continue to study and learn new techniques to improve my skills so I can provide safe treatments that enhance our natural beauty.

My favorite treatment?? Well, whatever the gals at Bridgeport recommend!! Honestly, these ladies are EXPERTS and they know their stuff!! However, if I must choose one, right now I’m really excited about Potenza. Using microneedling and radio-frequency therapy, we can stimulate our own production of collagen in multiple layers of skin. In the top layer, or the dermis, this treatment can reduce pore size, soften deep creases and balance skin tone. In the deeper layers these techniques tighten the skin and prevent sagging. Minimal down time, which is a plus. And I love to add a bit of PRP to get a BOOST!

Currently, we’re in the sunny season of PDX and since lasers are off the table for me, as I WILL be in the sun, I’m really enjoying the Pigment Bar by PCA Skin. It provides kojic acid, azelaic acid and niacinamide which help reduce hyperpigmentation and promote a clear, balanced skin tone. When I was young, I didn’t want to mess with sunscreen and I was the tanning beds. So, of course, now I have many sun spots… yes, Mom, you were right! The Pigment Bar is a great daily treatment to support my skin tone until I can get back to my IPL treatments.
