Unlocking Mental Freedom with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Caring for your mental health and well-being.
Why Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy?
Ketamine therapy, also known as ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP), has gained attention as a potential treatment for various mental health conditions. People consider ketamine therapy for its potential benefits in treating various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
Ketamine is an anesthetic that, when administered in controlled doses, can have a rapid and profound effect on mood and emotions. It works differently from traditional antidepressants, targeting the brain’s glutamate system instead of serotonin. Ketamine therapy may be considered when other treatments have been ineffective, offering a potential alternative for individuals who have not responded well to standard therapies. It has the ability to provide rapid relief and potentially reset neural pathways, making it a beneficial option for some patients.
