Testosterone For Men

Testosterone levels start declining in men beginning in their early 30’s. Most men need to be tested around 45 years of age.

Low Testosterone Symptoms

Symptoms of testosterone deficiency in men include fatigue, lack of mental acuity, loss of libido, and difficulty achieving, or sustaining erection.

Various ways of raising testosterone levels are available, and various types of testosterone.  Pharmaceutical testosterone compounds are made from testosterone connected to other unnecessary compounds such as cypionate or enanthate. It is suspected that these compounds may have unwanted side effects.

Because the testosterone used in pelleting is only testosterone, without added compounds, there is no concern of any potential side effects from these other compounds.  Moreover, many studies show higher testosterone levels in aging men, over 800 or 900, have preventative effects for many disease states such as: cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s disease, prostate cancer, osteoporosis, and more.

Typical oral, transdermal and injectable forms of therapy produce “roller coaster” blood levels of testosterone, which can result in mood and energy fluctuations for the patient.
