Coronavirus (COVID-19): Measures to protect our patients

To our patients at Bridgeport Laser & Wellness Center,

In compliance with Governor Kate Brown and in support of our first responders, our office will be temporarily closing starting Monday, 3/23/20 to protect the national supply of gloves, masks and gowns (PPE – personal protective equipment.) We welcome your phone calls and emails and will continue to respond to messages within 24 hrs.  We are currently working to implement telemedicine services and will have virtual visits available soon. Supplements and skincare product may be purchased through our online store at store.NorcomMD.com or through our Amazon store NorcomMD

We will be reaching out to reschedule appointments just as soon as the Governor’s closure mandate is lifted. Our office has been defending you from viruses long before this new strain of flu appeared. We have always taken proactive measures to protect our employees and provide the safest care possible for our patients.

Once we reopen and per our standard policy we will continue to use medical-grade disinfectant in all treatment rooms before and after each visit, disinfect all high-touch areas frequently throughout the day, make hand sanitizer available in each room, restroom and lobby, and sterilize our equipment after each use.

Before Your Appointment: please ask yourself these questions before coming in for your appointment:

  • Do you have symptoms such as fever, a new cough OR new or worsening shortness of breath?
  • Have you had potential exposure to Coronavirus?
  • Did you traveled by train, plane, bus or cruise in the last 14 days?
  • Have you had exposure to someone with Coronavirus?
  • Have you been in a social gathering with 10 or more people in the last week?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, please call before coming to your appointment.
